Group Training @ Made 2 Move Fitness:

Our Group Training sessions are similar to personal training but in small groups.  They improve your motivation & direction over general fitness classes due to the smaller group size and personalized attention.  Each session type is designed for beginner-intermediate adult Men & Women.  Experience all of our Group Fitness  Training options in Williamsville.  All sessions are 45-60 minutes, appointment-based with up to 9 clients per group.   No contract or membership required.

5 GROUP STYLES:

  • YOGA or PILATES : Improve Posture & Core Strength 
  • Boot Camp: Total Body Workout
  • SUPER Circuit: Enhance Strength & Conditioning 
  • Cardio & CORE: Interval Cardio & Core work

  • Sundays: 9-10am – Pilates w Shannon
