Our Group Training sessions are similar to personal training but in small groups. They improve your motivation & direction over general fitness classes due to the smaller group size and personalized attention. Each session type is designed for beginner-intermediate Men & Women 21-59+ years of age. Experience all of our Group Fitness Training options in Williamsville. All sessions are 30-minutes, appointment-based with up to 9 clients per group. No contract or membership required.
