Group Training @ Made 2 Move Fitness:
Our Group Training sessions are similar to personal training but in small groups. They improve your motivation & direction over general fitness classes due to the smaller group size and personalized attention. Each session type is designed for beginner-intermediate adult Men & Women. Experience all of our Group Fitness Training options in Williamsville. All sessions are 45-60 minutes, appointment-based with up to 9 clients per group. No contract or membership required.
5 GROUP STYLES:
- YOGA or PILATES : Improve Posture & Core Strength
- Boot Camp: Total Body Workout
- SUPER Circuit: Enhance Strength & Conditioning
- Cardio & CORE: Interval Cardio & Core work

- Mon/Wed/Fri: 10-10:45am Cardio & Core w Jared
- Saturdays: 9-9:45am – Cardio & Core w Jared
- Mon/Wed: 4-4:45pm – Cardio & CORE
- Mon/Wed: 4:45-5:30pm – Pilates
- Mon/Wed/Fri: 5:30-6:30pm – BOOT Camp
- Mon/Wed: 6:30-730pm – Yoga
