Our Group Training sessions are similar to personal training but in small groups.  They improve your motivation & direction over general fitness classes due to the smaller group size and attention.  Each session type is designed for beginner-intermediate Men & Women 29-59+ years of age.  Experience all of our Group Training options with a 14 or 30-day pass with access to over 30 sessions per week in Williamsville.  All sessions are appointment-based with no contract or membership required.

PILATES Mat Plus: Improve Posture & Core Strength – 45-min. (15 Client Max)

BOOT Camp: Boost your Metabolism & Energy - 45-min.  (9 Client Max)

Super CIRCUIT: Enhance Strength & Conditioning - 45-min. (9 Client Max)

3. Register for your first group session you would like to attend.

NOTE: All packages expire 30-days from first scheduled session or 60-days after purchase date.  (10-pack expires 60-days from purchase)
