Need attention and direction?   We offer Group Training Sessions in small groups of up to 9 people.  The class formats are total body workout sessions lasting 30-minutes focused on boosting your metabolism by combining strength training and cardio.  These training sessions are similar to personal training but in a small group.

We begin with a detailed account of your health history and your specific goals. With this information your Health Coach will setup a 30-day action plan.   Weekly emails and before/after testing will keep you on track toward improving your daily lifestyle and habits.
