Step 1: purchase a package through our website, paypal processes all credit card transactions.  If you have a coupon or online voucher proceed to step 2.

Step 2: click Appointy link

Step 3: select (1) class type from the upper left.  More than 1 will not show any open times.

Step 4: select the time in the calendar to the right you would like to attend.

Step 5: click BOOK NOW.

Step 6: sign-in as a new user creating an account or as a current user.

Step 7: be sure to click on confirmation email to confirm and finalize your account.

A reminder email will be sent to 6 hours prior to your appointment.  Note: the schedule shows 2-weeks out from the current date.

Cancelling: you must cancel all appointments online, no need to call or email.  Please be sure to cancel as early as possible to reopen your slot for others.  Our classes have 9 or 15 slots open per session, missed appointments do count towards your total number of classes.  We allow a maximum of 1 class per day to avoid overcrowding and over-training.

Private Sessions are not scheduled using our online system.  They are setup through your instructor.
