Group Fitness Training:

We offer small Group Fitness Training at our Williamsville studio.   Our group fitness classes offer the motivation and energy to keep you on track towards attaining your goals.  Classes are limited to 9 per group to increase guidance and eliminate overcrowding, all sessions are booked online to increase accountability.  Our focus is on you, not working out with or following along with your instructor.

Our Group Fitness Clients:

  • Beginner to Intermediate Exercisers
  • Adult Men & Women (Avg 35-55+)
  • Exercises modified based on your fitness level and past injuries
  • Non-intimidating + supportive social group
  • Experienced direction and guidance

Class Times: 30-Min Sessions

  • Mondays: 6:30am, 7am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5pm, 5:30pm
  • Tuesdays: 5pm, 5:30pm
  • Wednesdays: 6:30am, 7am, 9am 4:30pm, 5pm, 5:30pm
  • Thursdays: 5pm, 5:30pm
  • Fridays: 6:30am, 7am, 9am
  • Saturdays: 9am, 9:30am, 10am
