Group Fitness Training: GX6

We offer small Group Fitness Training at our private Williamsville studio.   Our GX6 classes offer the motivation and energy to keep you on track towards attaining your goals in a non-gym environment.  Class sizes are limited to 6 per group to increase guidance and eliminate overcrowding, all sessions are booked online to increase accountability.  Our focus is on you, not working out with or following along with your instructor.

Our Group Fitness Clients:

  • Exercises are modified based on your fitness level, limitations and past injuries

  • Fridays: 6:30am | 7:30am | 9am
  • Saturdays: 9am | 9:30am | 10am
