These group training sessions focus on Total Body Strength & Conditioning.  They are designed for Men & Women 19-59, looking to Get Fit & Lose Weight.  Come out and enjoy the Sun & Fresh Air in Williamsville.  Sessions will be indoors at the Made 2 Move Fitness Studio if the weather does not cooperate.

ession Times: 

– Mon/Wed/Fri: 7-7:45am & 10-10:45am

– Mon/Wed: 4:30-5:15pm & 5:30-6:30pm
